Our Methodology list below offers examples of how we work with communities, individuals and partners. As projects develop we try out and test new ways of working which are delievred online, in print and face-to-face.

o   First We Eat - inspired by Mary Fisher’s quote ‘First we eat…then everything else’ we hold regular free lunches for new and existing participants to come and ask and answer questions over lunch.
